Returns & Refunds Policy
OVERVIEW
The brand statement “ an artist. a sketchpad. a studio”, will tell you a lot about our design workroom.
One artist and her studio is behind every artwork, etched onto products that you shop for. Our products are manufactured in small sets with the assistance of local artisans and SME’s.
Although we make sure that the quality of each piece matches your expectations, there might be slight variations in, color, texture and size. These natural aberrations are not considered a defect. We would request our patrons to consider that the hand-work of artisans is what adds uniqueness to each piece.
However, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can and welcome Returns on the following terms:
- Dispatch of incorrect product and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during your order confirmation.
- Identification of manufacturing defect/transit damage on the received product is visible through its original packaging.
- We insist that the packaging remain intact as these are fine paper notebooks that are prone to finger smudges.
- Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, film cover on notebook, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.
- We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for the safe return journey of the product.
- The product should be unused and in the original mint condition.
THE RETURNS & REFUNDS PROCESS
- Our return and refund policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the product.
- The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered at your doorstep as per the confirmation received from our logistics/courier partners.
- Please send us 2 images (Check Contact Details Page)
- one of the damaged part &
- other of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return.
This will be considered as a Request being generated for return of the product. The refund amount will be transferred to your bank account.
TIMELINES FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS
- We will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return and get back to you with the Request Update within 2-3 business days of receiving your request.
- Once your request has been accepted, a reverse pick up will be arranged for the product.
- It takes 7-10 business days for our logistics/courier partner to deliver the product back to our studio, post which we will check the merchandise to ascertain the reason for return.
- The refund process will then get initiated within 2-3 business days.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded directly into your bank account.
- COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer. ( Please provide your account details for the same ).
- Request you to kindly be patient as the refund amount will reflect in your Bank Account Statements within 2-3 working days of initiating the refund process.
- NOTE : The shipping charges will not be refunded in case of any returns.
CANCELLATION
As a homegrown studio run by our artist in residence, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction.
In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason, please contact us within 24 hours and we will be happy to assist you!
NOTE: Orders cannot be cancelled/altered once it is packed and shipped. It will be treated as a return if there is non-acceptance. The shipping charges will not be refunded. For COD orders, Boxyfont reserves the right to deny future orders.
